Chiropractic Sessions

Chiropractic is a gentle and effective treatment for the whole body. Most people find this a gentle and relaxing treatment to receive. Our bodies are one big interconnected system and during treatment we aim to realign and balance the structure of the body, thereby allowing it to function at its best and facilitate healing. Treatment can include gentle joint manipulation and mobilisation, soft tissue massage and advice on exercises that may be helpful.

The McTimoney Approach to Chiropractic

Gentle and effective treatment for the whole body
The McTimoney approach to chiropractic was developed by the late John McTimoney over 50 years ago. It is well known for being a precise, whole body approach to chiropractic care. The gentle nature of Chiropractic the McTimoney way makes it suitable for people throughout their lifetime from childhood, to pregnancy through to those later in life.

Improving the health of the nation
Chiropractic the McTimoney way has helped thousands of people for over 50 years and around 150,000 new patients consult a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association (MCA) each year. UK members of the MCA are registered with General Chiropractic Council.
